RETURN POLICY
CASA DE VAYU
All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for perfumes. Please review the conditions below:
- All sales are final, except for unopened perfumes in their original condition.
- Returns or replacements will only be accepted for fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
- Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by Casa de Vayu.
For return inquiries, please contact us at try.vayu@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the necessary shipping information.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
- In the event of a fulfilment error, your refund request will be accepted, and your funds will be refunded within 10–15 business days.
- Cancellations are not possible once a shipment has been made. For cancellations prior to shipment, please reach out to our customer service at try.vayu@gmail.com.
